Katie with a Blue Man
after the show at the Luxor (all 3 Blue Men were greeting fans after the
show) |

Me with a different Blue
Man. To sign autographs they just kissed whatever you gave them. And no,
I am not drunk. |
Katie with members
of the band of the Blue Man Group. They always performed in the dark and
looked like florescent skeletons. |

Katie at a fountain outside
the Flamingo hotel. Pink was a big thing there. Even the windows of the
casino are tinted pink. |
Me in front of a waterfall
at the Wildlife Habitat at the Flamingo.
This is the closest I ever come to not blinking in a pic. |
Katie in front of the
Eifel Tower near the Paris Casino.
You can see Bally's casino to her left. |
Another shot of Paris
Casino/Hotel. It supposedly costs $10
or so to take an elevator to the top of the Eifel Tower. |
Katie in front of a
fountain outside Paris. There were a ton of Greek/Roman style fountains
all over the strip - especially at Caesar's Palace. |
The ceiling of the
lobby at the Bellagio.
It's adorned with hundreds of gigantic, blown-glass flowers. |
The courtyard at the
Bellagio contains thousands of fresh flowers and flower creations. Each
season it changes. This was their summer display. |

Another flower creation.
The smell of the flowers was really amazing - hard to believe they can upkeep
such a project. |

Huck Finn and a dog taking
a snooze in the courtyard. Yes, Huck's hat and the entire dog are created
with flowers... |
Tom Sawyer in the courtyard,
hooking what I assume is a big one.
He actually swayed back and forth. |
Also in the Bellagio
courtyard, this mural can create a decent illusion if you put your hand
just right. Katie's rose-filled dress was beautiful. |

Upper shot from the Bellagio
courtyard. The eagle is made of flowers of course (and sits perched on a
huge recreation of the Liberty Bell.) |

Katie in the courtyard
where a "mini" water show also occurs every 5 minutes of so to
a song. |
Katie after dinner
at Mandalay Bay. The elephant heads blowing water from their trunks was
quite the unusual fountain. |

Not sure what this bird
was, but it was hanging out at the Wildlife Refuge at the Flamingo. |
